About
I am a Mathematician, Software Developer, Writer, Model and Creative. Born and raised in New York City, I moved to Vienna, Austria in June 2023 where I work at the at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Before the IAEA, I was a Software Developer and Consultant at FAST Enterprises, LLC. I developed software for two state government agencies, projects that modernized the Tennessee unemployment insurance and New Hampshire tax systems.
In 2021, I graduated from Macalester College with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in English. While there, I found a passion for problem solving in many forms. In my coursework, I enjoyed writing proofs and manipulating equations to produce a desired mathematical solution. After class, I tutored peers in math and physics at the Macalester Academic Excellence (MAX) Center, often helping students with problems I had never seen before. In my three years as a tutor, I rose to the highest student position.
I studied abroad in Rabat, Morocco, in 2020, an excursion that abruptly ceased due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Still, I lived in the city for two months, taking courses in French and writing articles for Morocco World News. I continued to contribute to the paper even after returning to the United States and maintained a relationship with the team throughout university.
In each of the five cities I have lived in since 2020, I found joy in hobbies that connected me to the places I inhabited. In Minnesota, I took up cross-country skiing. In Rabat, I explored the local cuisine. In New Hampshire, I hiked and horseback rode. In Tennessee, I grew to love live music while testing my tolerance for hot chicken. Presently in Vienna, I am studying German, skiing, and exploring Austria’s variety of cultural events.
